📌 一、升级系统的正确方式
尽量使用「全量包」更新系统。

使用 雹（Ice Box） 冻结不常用或后台频繁唤醒的系统应用，可有效降低待机耗电。

系统升级完成后，建议使用 Scene 软件进行 Speed 编译：

🔧 四、执行系统「久用保养」
打开 手机管家，查找并执行 久用保养 功能。
如果系统中没有该入口，可通过 Root Activity Launcher 直接启动：
Activity 包名：

🔋 五、升级后首次充电校准建议
如果你发现续航依旧一般，可按以下方式操作：
- 晚上正常使用至 20% 左右电量
- 清空电池数据后 立刻充电
- 不必强求充到 100%
- 插着充电器放一整晚
原因是：后台仍有系统编译与优化任务未完成，长时间通电有助于完成这些操作。
⚡ 六、日常充电与使用建议
- 随用随充，电量尽量维持在 20% – 85%
- 一天一充用户可 关闭极速充电
- 尽量避免高温环境，减少电池损耗
